Sobre litigios en derechos de autor y marcas

En cualquier litigio que se inicia en materia de Derechos de Autor y Marcas, hay varias consideraciones - más allá de la propia persecusión - para llevar adelante. Eso explica, brevemente, la nota que agregamos.
